With a 1991 Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering, Ryerson University, Toronto, Bruce has 10 years' experience in the design and implementation of production systems for over-the-air broadcast television, legislative assembly television, radio, and courthouse audio systems, as well as budget establishment and control for broadcast and telecommunications undertakings. His specialties include: design and implementation of television production facilities; design and implementation of courthouse and legislative assembly specialized audio/video systems; and design and implementation of audio/video systems for national operations centres. He was employed at Imagineering from 1991 to 2002. Bruce is a member of the Audio Engineering Society and the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers.
